We use professional studio lighting, intentional direction, and high-quality cameras to capture timeless black-and-white portraits that feel more like a magazine editorial than a novelty.

Your guests receive a physical 8x10 print at the event, and everyone gains access to a full online gallery where they can download high-res digital files for free.
Yes! Each guest photographed will receive an 8x10 black-and-white portrait print before the end of the night. It’s one of the most meaningful keepsakes you can offer your friends and family.

The Details
We recommend a minimum 10'x10' space with access to power. We can adapt to most venue layouts and are happy to work with your planner or coordinator.

10. How long does setup and breakdown take?
Setup takes approximately 60 minutes, and breakdown takes about 45 minutes. We always coordinate timing directly with your venue.
Most couples book us for 3 to 4 hours during cocktail hour and reception. We can tailor coverage depending on your event schedule.

Yes! While we’re based in Phoenix, Monochrome Portraits is available for destination weddings and events across Arizona and beyond.
